Mark Zuckerberg ( Facebook )

Mark Zuckerberg is the proud founder of Facebook. They project him to be worth around 4 billion dollars. He is a Harvard drop out that now owns of of the biggest online companies. He is a rich 25 year old but yet doesn't spend his money. He lives in a 1 bedroom apartment and sleeps on a mattress. His hiring report was based on the ability to adapt and learn with intelligence. You need to find people that believe in what they are doing. Mark has been programming when he was only 13 creating programs to help communicate with other workers for his fathers office. He then created a music player named Synapse, this program got offers from both AOL and MICROSOFT, but he decided to turn them down and attend Harvard University. The main thing to keep success is to keep it together with a friendly attitude and let people feel free instead of having them be insecure.Myspace Vs. Facebook This is a clash between to two online chatting programs. Myspace drop off the charts as more and more people tended to side with Facebook. Myspace dropped due to the fact of the insecure pages while Facebooks page are secure to people that you want to allow. Also Facebook has a larger variety of applications and more stuff to do then Myspace. Facebook is also a simpler program to operate then myspace.

Strengths

On average two out of every ten people work to their strengths. The reason is that people don't focus on their strengths but instead they just coast along and except any kind of job instead of one that they could be excited about going to every morning. You should be siding towards the stuff that pumps you up each and every morning instead of worrying about your weaknesses. When you get a report card and you have an F you should worry about it, but don't ignore it. You should focus on the A as this is where you excel at.

I am a Choleric. Some of the statements they referred to are not me but some of them are. Though i am a quite kid i will lead by example and show leader ship. If i happen to do something wrong I always like to correct my mistakes.

Richard Branson

Richard Branson has created some of the most wealthy and reliable companies. To keep these companies working well he hires a president for every single company to keep his businesses running mainly error free. The reason for creating all of his businesses is that he tends to get bored so when he is bored he thinks of creating new companies. Richard dropped out of school at the age of 15 because he wasn't very good at school. He believed he would fail an IQ test, but Richard's success was going by the saying " If you treat people well they will come back". Branson makes sure and takes time to find the right people for his employment line. Even will all of his success Richard Branson is still creating new companies.

How To Kill the Entrepreneurial Spirit

To be a good entrepreneur you have to be equally distributed in all of the areas of a company. A good entrepreneur has to be passionate about the costumers, the product and administrations. The companies that collapse are the ones how have separate people for different aspects of the company instead of being a company where everyone thinks about ever single part of the company.

Where I Learned Confidents

It all started when i was young, I was playing at the park when a baseball team was having a practice and a baseball came flying my way and landed at my feet. I was hesitant at first because i didn't believe in myself that i could throw the ball that far. After a couple of seconds passed i bent down and picked it up, I slung my right arm back then flung it over my shoulder. It flew all the way to the players glove. From that point I never hesitate to throw the ball back, because I have the confidante's in myself.
